Come and ‘earn-a-bike’ from us!

At Renew Enterprises, we believe that every bicycle holds the potential for freedom and independence, especially for those facing challenges on their journey to employment. Our Earn-a-Bike workshop is more than just a chance to get on the road; it's an opportunity to learn valuable skills, meet supportive peers, and build confidence in a welcoming environment. Whether you're aiming to overcome barriers or simply seeking a sustainable way to travel, join us as we transform bikes into vehicles of opportunity, empowering individuals to make meaningful strides toward self-sufficiency and a brighter future.

Our vibrant community workshops are more than just a space for repairs; they are a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and connection. As you join us for a cup of tea and some tinkering, you'll find yourself surrounded by enthusiastic individuals, eager to share their skills and stories.

Whether you're learning the fundamentals of bike maintenance or simply enjoying the warmth of camaraderie, each session is an opportunity to contribute to a culture of sustainability and empowerment.

Let's come together, breathe new life into our bikes, and create memories that pedal through our community.

Community Fix-a-bike Get Togethers

Wednesday 6pm-9pm

We believe that every bike tells a story and deserves a second chance to ride with pride.

Our Community Fix-a-Bike Get Togethers are not just about hands-on maintenance; they’re a vibrant meeting point for cycling enthusiasts and a chance to connect with fellow bike owners.

Held every Wednesday evening, these sessions provide a welcoming environment where you can learn essential bike repair skills, share tips and tricks, or simply enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded individuals.

Whether you are a seasoned cyclist or someone who is just getting started, our expert volunteers are here to support you and ensure your bike remains in top shape, all while fostering a strong sense of community and sustainability. Join us for an evening of learning, laughter, and love for cycling as we work together to keep our wheels turning and our spirits high.

What We do

Renew social enterprise consists of a range of products and services available to the Waterford community. We remain mindful of the need to price our products and services in a manner that makes them affordable.

We offer many services such as e-bike rental, repairs and servicing of bicycles, lawnmowers and small engines. We also upcycle wooden furniture and sell eco-friendly paint.

We also like to provide those furthest away from the employment ladder the help needed to get back on.

Our Workshop operates five a days a week (8.30 am – 5 pm Tuesday to Friday & 10 am – 3.30 pm Saturday).

Our ethos is to use as much recycled materials wherever possible.
